These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 95pay ("95pay", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible athttps://95pay.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

• You must have only one (1) registered Account on95pay. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

When registering for a 95pay Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party.95pay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• You must notify 95pay support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• 95pay staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• You agree to use a strong, unique password for your 95pay Account and to enable any two-factor authentication features offered by the Platform.
• All gameplay activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility until you formally notify us of a security breach.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal,95pay requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and in certain cases, proof of source of funds. 95pay reserves the right to withold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

By using the 95pay Platform, you agree to use the Service solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:

95pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account that is found to be in violation of these Terms of Use, without prior notice and without liability to the User.

All transactions on 95pay are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 95pay supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our players.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible.
• 95pay targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts. Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and banking schedules.
• 95pay reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing timeline.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Crypto withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times outside of 95pay's control.

95pay offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry window.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted single bet is typically capped at RM 250 unless otherwise stated. Exceding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winings.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (e.g., baccarat, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%; live dealer games may contribute 0–20%.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Individual promotions may impose a cap on the total amount withdrawable that originates from bonus play. This cap will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted wagering requirements will lapse after the stated expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Upon expiry, bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited without notice.

• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or device.

Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, hedging, exploitation of technical errors, or creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent account closure.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 95pay Platform, across all product verticals including sports betting, live casino, slots, and arcade games.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a specific "cash out" feature is offered and exercised in accordance with its rules.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game round or sporting event, 95pay reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Balance.
• For sports betting: odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. Live in-play odds are subject to change prior to confirmation. Any bet accepted reflects the odds confirmed at the point of acceptance.
• 95pay reserves the right to impose maximum betting limits and to limit or refuse any wager from any User at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• In cases of obvious pricing error (e.g., a market offered at clearly incorrect odds due to technical fault), 95pay reserves the right to void bets placed at the eroneous price.
• All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are independent and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on or in connection with the 95pay Platform. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using false identities.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Coluding with other players in live dealer or table game environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, or AI-assisted software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — any winings derived from known errors are not payable.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been used for gambling activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards95pay staff or other users.
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or assign your Account to another person.

95pay is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, controlled gaming environment for all eligible players. We offer a range of tools to help players manage their gambling behaviour.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations to prevent extended gambling sessions.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up reminders showing session duration and net play figures.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond95pay's reasonable control.
• Errors or delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or GrabPay.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 95pay makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Platform.

95pay reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 95pay will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the 95pay Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as determined by the jurisdiction in which 95pay holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication with95pay's customer support team in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with 95pay's dispute resolution procedures.

• All disputes must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised outside this period will be time-barred.
• Any claim brought against 95pay must be made on an individual basis. Class action proceedings are expressly excluded.
• The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
